The 4.0 oz reservoir filter is intended for use with Tilton?s 74-202 reservoir and the 6.8/10.7 oz reservoir filter is for use with either Tilton?s 74-203 (6.8 oz) or 74-204 (10.7 oz) models. They are used to prevent debris or foreign objects (nuts, bolts, etc.) from falling into the reservoir.
